These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AOA Ledger, a service operated by AOA Traders (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AOA Ledger.
The service
AOA Ledger connects to your eBay account and your inboxes to match each sale to the cost of the item behind it, so you can understand your profit and loss. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any account or inbox you link.
Connected accounts
When you connect your eBay account or an email inbox, you authorize us to access the relevant data described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party services you connect (including eBay’s), and you may revoke access at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other organizations’ data, disrupting the service, or using it to violate any law or third-party rights.
Fees
Some features may require a paid subscription. Where fees apply, they will be disclosed before you are charged, and paid features are subject to the plan you select.
No professional advice
AOA Ledger provides bookkeeping tools and estimates. The figures it produces — including profit and margin — are calculated from the data available and are provided for your convenience. They are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Verify your records with a qualified professional before relying on them for filings or decisions.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches and calculations will be complete or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOA Traders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
